General Conditions
This online shop is the online boutique of SARL VIGNOBLE KLUR in Katzenthal France and concerns the wines and accommodations (flats and houses) manages by the family.
The online payment: is secured by the SSL procedure. The informations you will transmit are totally secured. Your bank details are also protected, transmitted in an encrypted mode not exploitable by third parties. Of course you can also send us your payment by check (to Vignoble Klur, 105 rue des Trois Epis, 68230 Katzenthal)or by bank transfer. The sale or booking is only effective upon receipt of the payment within the time limit (7 days and according to personal agreement).
Personal informations: The informations collected by Vignoble KLUR on the order form will be used exclusively by Vignoble KLUR The client has the right of access, modification, rectification and deletion of data that concerns him/ her ( art.34 of law “Data processing and Liberties”) by applying to info@klur.net.
Any dispute between the Vineyard Klur and the customer relating to these general conditions of sale in the absence of an amicable solution will be within the competence of the Courts under the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Colmar.

Online booking
Countries concerned: We send the wines with the online shop prices to France and Germany only. Prices are in €, including the shipment, the packaging and the taxes (and TVA at that time). If you want to order our other wines, quantities or for other countries, feel free to contact us, we will make you an offer very quickly.
Process of the order and delivery: We process the orders individually in the following days after their reception. The order will be given to the carrier once we get the payment. Anyway, you can have it delivered by express at an additional cost, just specify it when you order. Our bottles have capacities of 75 cl, and are packed in boxes of 6 or 12 bottles and then in multiples of 6. Thank you to take this into account when ordering. The French law forbids that we sell wines to minors under 16, please confirm that you are aged over 16 years old.
Delivery: Please tell us your days and hours of receipt when you order. The representation of the parcel by the delivery person can generate additional costs for you. The delivery time may vary depending on the distance of a few days to two weeks. Our shipments are packaged “shipping” but it is still advisable to take delivery of the package “may be subjected to damage observed after unpacking” and inform us within 3 days for any damage or missing packages. Our shipments are shipped solid and in perfect condition, carriers are fully responsible for road damage. It must be provided at the time of reception.
Personalized Gift Services:We offer free of charge the possibility of including a message to the gift packages that you ship. Just think to send us your with you order a short message that we will include in the shipment.
Trial period: the client is entitled to a trial period of 7 (seven) days following the day of receipt of the goods by the client without cause and penalties excepted the cost of the back shipment (in accordance with Articles L.120-20 and the next ones of the French Consumer Code). The seven-day period runs from the date of receipt of the order. to cancel, the order in the withdrawal period of seven working days, just return the merchandise in its original box and confirm your decision per mail ( info@klur.net This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ). Rental contract conditions
Short conditions:
You are welcome for arrival time from 16.00 (4 pm) – departure 10.00 (10 am), except contrary agreement.
Bed are always lined, and for the detailed descriptions and the supply of the bathroom linen (towels), have a look to the descriptive sheets of each place on our website. Several services can be reserved extra. Your pets are welcome only on request, depending on apartment / house: (extra)
Only no-smoking flats and houses
In details :
This seasonal home rental contract is drawn up as an agreement between SARL
KLUR, 105 rue des Trois Epis, 68230 Katzenthal and the tenant who bought a holiday
vacation. The reservation won’t become effective until acceptation of the general conditions
and confirmation by the SARL KLUR, after payment of the deposit and endly payment of the
balance due. For an online booking, the client is not able to use the 7 days delay to cancel the reservation.
The services are according to the apartments and houses whose description on-line provides all the details. We consider that you were aware of this at the time of the reservation
Your rent :
Arrival and departure time and handing over of keys: It is imperative to contact us two days at least before arrival to arrange your welcome at arrival. The arrival time starts at 4 :00PM. The departure time is at 10.00 am, the departure day.
Length of stay: The contract is agreed upon for a fixed duration. It can not under any
circumstances exercise any right of occupancy. It is bound by the amount of rent defined
contractually and that will equal the effective duration of the stay.
Payment of balance : The deposit is 25% of the total amount of the stay, it is due to the reservation which only becomes firm when received and confirmed by the lessor, it can be made by credit card online, by check or transfer. The supplementary fees will be paid latest at the end of the stay. A bill will be presented. The contract is cancelled 30 days
before arrival date if the balance isn’t paid at this time. The tenant allow Sarl KLUR to charge
his credit card of the balance due before arrival if the number was communicated at the booking.
Of course you can also send us your payment by post (to Vignoble Klur, 105 rue des Trois Epis, 68230 Katzenthal) by bank transfer.
Security deposit : will be requested for each booking by arrival by cash or cheque. Without a special information of the tenant and in case of paiment by credit card we
will use the credit card to guaranty the deposit. The amount is 300€ or 600€ for a booking for10 people and more. We will charge the security deposit if services are not payed, or in case of damages. The security deposit is refunded at the end of the stay, after deducting any additional or unpaid services, and in case of damages, if any.
Your obligations
Use of the premises :
- Only no smoking flats and houses.
- The client is asked to respect
the peaceful character of the premises and to use it for its intended purpose. The client is
asked also to respect the quietness enjoyed by the neighbors. The tenant is responsible for
all damages created by him. - This contract is drawn up for the specific number of people precised in the contract
and the owner reserves the right to refuse additional guests or to charge extra. The total capacity of the accommodation can not be exceeded in any case. The contract can’t be transfered. - Pets may be allowed only on request. O
- The disregard for these clauses can bring about the cancellation of the contract without reimbursement.
- The rented accommodations are maintained with ecological products respectful of the materials and equipment used, the customer undertakes to respect this choice at the time of cleaning but also the current use of the premises. The duvet, mattress covers, pillows cleanings can only be taken care of by ourselves.
Resort insurance: the tenant undertakes to provide the owner an insurance certificate covering any damage he may cause during his stay, no later than the day of balance‘s payment.
Transfer of contract: this contract can not be transferred to third parties without our prior consent. This agreement is exclusively between us and can not be binding on other parties
Final cleaning: The tenant is asked to leave the premises in the same state ( layout of
floor plan and cleanliness) as he found it on arrival. The reservation for final cleaning service
is possible and made contractually at latest 2 days before departure.
Insurance: We don’t offer one but we advise you to subscribe a cancellation’s insurance.
Cancellations:
The contract may be cancelled ipso jure if the tenant fails to fulfill one of its contractual obligations (see above). This cancellation takes effect 48 hours after the tenant has been informed.
Any cancellation by the tenant must be presented to SARL KLUR in a
written letter. If the cancellation occurs earlier than 1 month before the start of the stay, the account remains with the owner and an asset is drawn up for the attention of the client unless otherwise agreed. Less than 1 month before the start of the stay the total amount is due to the owner. If the client does not show up before 6:00PM the day of the beginning of the stay, this contract is cancelled and the accommodation is considerded as available.
In the case of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation
remains entirely with the owner. The supplementary services not used and already paid will be refunded.
Cancellation by the owner before the start of the stay must be notified in a written form to the
tenant. The customer, without prejudice to any remedies for damages sustained, will be immediately reimbursed for any sums paid.
Complaints:
We try to make your stay as pleasant as possible, but if you think you have reason to complain, it is important that we can be informed as soon as possible to remedy it. No claims will be considered if we’re not informed during stay. If during your stay this complaint does not lead to any solution, you must send us the details of this dispute in theweek following your stay to study possible compensation.
Tourism activities:
Registration for a tasting, visit, workshop can be done via the online shop according to the general terms and conditions provided above. It only becomes definitive upon receipt of confirmation from the Klur Vineyard, which reserves the right to cancel the service when the identity of the customer is uncertain, the number of participants not reached, or the uncertain conditions of the course.
The total amount of the service is paid when you book. Modification of the number of participants or cancellation results in restitution of the amounts paid, only possible up to 15 days before the date chosen. Subsequently, it depends on the minimum or maximum number of participants set and any costs incurred for the performance of the service. Any modification must be notified in writing by the customer and will be the subject of a new proposal from the Vineyard Klur. For customized offers too.
The Klur Vineyard reserves the right to cancel a service according to climatic conditions or outside its control and can not be held responsible. Some services involve active participation by the client and the client agrees to be vigilant and to comply with the safety instructions given to him. The Vignoble Klur can not be held responsible for any incident or accident that occurred during the performance.
The tourist services offered are the property of the Vignoble Klur and reproduction, representation and publication are permitted only with the express agreement of the Klur Vineyard.
