Welcome to the smallest biodynamic wine estate in Alsace !
Our family has made wine in Alsace since the 17th century. At the same time, we embrace change that’s good for our community and our planet. Twenty years ago we started making organic and biodynamic wines. A few years later we built environmentally friendly holiday accomodations. In 2017, we embarked on a new adventure, joyfully deciding to make only natiural wines and focus on a few of our best vineyards, and we opened our doors to people who want to develop their own ventures within our environmentally friendly co-working community. We offer short- and long-term accommodations, a co-working space (Katz + Co) with high speed internet, an ephemeral bistro, and ongoing art, music and wine events. Come visit !
