Order products online
Country of destination: The deliveries of the offers presented on the Vignoble Klur online store are valid for France and Germany, carriage paid. All prices are in € and include VAT at the current rate. For other destinations or to order other quantities, please contact us and we will make you an offer as soon as possible.
Order processing and delivery: We process individual orders within a few days of receipt. For products, orders are handed over to the carrier as soon as payment has been received. Of course, express delivery is available at an additional cost, but please let us know when you place your order. Our bottles have a capacity of 75 cl, and are packaged in cartons of 6 or 12 bottles, then in multiples of 6. Please take this into account when placing your order. French law prohibits sales to minors under the age of 16, so by placing an order you agree to be over 16.
Delivery: It is useful to specify your delivery days and times when you place your order. The representation of the parcel by the deliveryman can generate additional costs at your charge. Delivery times vary according to distance, from a few days to two weeks. Our shipments are packaged for shipment, but we recommend that you take delivery “subject to unpacking damage” and inform us within 3 days of any damage or missing items. As all our shipments are sent solid and in perfect condition, the carriers are entirely responsible for any damage incurred en route, but you should take precautions at the time of receipt.
Personalized gift service: We offer you the option of including a message in your gift packages. Simply send us a short message with your order, and we’ll include it in the shipment.
Your right of withdrawal: In accordance with Articles L.120-20 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of seven (7) days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties, with the exception of return shipping costs. The seven-day period runs from the date of receipt of the goods. To cancel your order within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, simply return the goods in their original packaging, notifying us by post or e-mail (info@klur.net). Stay booking
By accepting the general conditions of sale, the parties agree that the rental which is the subject hereof is a seasonal rental, the duration of which may not exceed 21 days in this form and must comply with the dates retained (arrival 4pm, departure 10am). The Lessor declares that he is the owner of the property and has free disposal and full enjoyment of it during the rental period defined herein.
The online reservation is forthe type of accommodation chosen and described on the website, at the agreed dates and rates. It is rented for a certain number of occupants, which cannot be exceeded. The tenant is required to pay all taxes collected by the lessor, the amount of which may vary without notice. The accommodation may not be sublet or used for any activity other than that of a vacation home.
The tenant declares that he is insured and can be held responsible for any damage caused to the premises by his own fault. A security deposit is required to cover rental damage, any damage or deterioration to the accommodation, as well as damage, loss or theft caused to movable property in the accommodation, during the rental period. The tenant is responsible for the use of the internet access provided during the rental period.
Reservations are not binding until the deposit has been
received within the specified period and confirmed in writing by the rental company. All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card number. The deposit represents 25% of the total amount, the remaining 75% being payable 1 month before the arrival date. By accepting the general terms and conditions, the tenant undertakes to pay the total amount of the stay on time. In the event of cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained unless a certificate is produced showing that the tenant is unable to travel. The full amount for cancellations less than 30 days in advance. The rental company reserves the right to cancel any reservation at the time of entry into the property if the conditions proposed for the stay are not respected, e.g. non-payment of the balance, number of occupants exceeded, pets not authorized, unknown tenants, etc.
The tenant shall use the premises
with respect and undertakes to comply with the house rules provided. He will maintain the premises and return them in a good state of cleanliness. He/she will respect the neighbors and undertake to make normal and reasonable use of the means of comfort (in particular water, electricity and heating), as well as the equipment made available to him/her. He/she undertakes to inform the lessor as soon as possible, and at the latest the day after his/her arrival, of any breakdown, damage, incident or malfunction likely to inconvenience his/her stay. The owner undertakes to provide accommodation that complies with the description and is functional, and to intervene in the event of a report of non-use. In the event of a serious breach, the accommodation being unusable or the damage caused too extensive, and in the absence of agreement, the contract will be terminated by registered letter.
In the event of a dispute, the court of the lessor’s domicile shall have sole jurisdiction. The present conditions and contractual commitments are subject to French law. The hirer declares that he is up to date with his obligations relating to data collection, registered with the CNIL and has the bank guarantee to collect and debit payments by credit card. The 7-day cooling-off period does not apply.
Tourism services
Registration for a tasting, tour or workshop can be made via the online store in accordance with the general terms and conditions set out above. Registration only becomes definitive on receipt of confirmation from Vignoble Klur, which reserves the right to cancel the service if the identity of the customer is uncertain, the number of participants has not been reached, or the conditions of the event are uncertain.
The total cost of the service must be paid at the time of booking. Changes to the number of participants or cancellations leading to a refund of amounts paid are possible up to 15 days before the date booked. Subsequent changes depend on the minimum or maximum number of participants and any costs incurred in providing the service. Any modification must be notified in writing by the customer and will be the subject of a new proposal from Vignoble Klur. The same applies to customized offers
The Vignoble Klur reserves the right to cancel a service due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond its control, and cannot be held responsible for such cancellations. Certain services require active participation on the part of the customer, who agrees to be vigilant and to comply with any safety instructions given. Vignoble Klur cannot be held responsible for any incident or accident occurring during the service.
