A riddle for you. .. This white wine is composed of three grape varieties. Taste, imagine, and tell us what they are. There is a vivacity and tension but also body and a long finish. Granite gives it complexity and elegance.

“Langue ô chat”: Katzenthal is be the valley of the cats (katz-en-thal) and we love riddles…in French we say “Donner sa langue au chat” if we have no idea the answer to a riddles and we need some help… Here we ask you to guess the three graes that make this wine

Some stories:
– where does this wine come from ? all the grapes come from the terroir of the Grand Cru Wineck Schlossberg, a granite of two micas of the Brandt type. Facing South, the wines are delicate, elegant expressing terroir with minerality. This is a vintage 2015
– story: cornplanting, assembling, allows to express at best of the terroir character and gives the wine grower the opportunity to add a creative touch. Here the proportion of the three grape varieties we used is not the same… try and guess what we used!
– our suggestions: the wine needs racy dishes, grilled fish,  en sauce, cooked citrus, tajines, white meats.

– temperature: around 10
– 0.75 cl bottle, “bourgeois” type, natural cork, own yeasts, very slight sulphiting only at the bottling day, dry wine.
