The wine- estate Klur is a family business which exists since 1999 in its present form, but whose tradition of winegrowing and production leads back to the 17th century. For more than 10 years we have been following the way of biological cultivation, ecology and biodynamic practices. We kindly invite you to become familiar with our daily live and work. Whether with your family or friends: come visit, learn more about our ambitions, and discover the unbeaten tracks of this beautiful region.

Being winemakers from time immemorial … well, almost … the Klurs are doing what the family had done ever since the 17th century: producing the best wines that the soil of the region Alsace generates, and in addition offering a warm hearted welcome to visitors.

A great team
Grandma Therèse always energetic. Régine on the phone, in the cellar, doing the accounts, just being everywhere! Eric mainly in the vineyards but also preparing orders and labelling. And Michelina, who succeeded her first grape harvest with us, meanwhile agilely working in the vineyards, the guest accommodation and the gardens.

Help us for the harwest
The grape harvest is naturally a very special moment, the highlight of the efforts of a year, a short period in which everything is uncertain and a time where conviviality is a welcome balance to all the tensions. Every year brings its own atmosphere and unique memories. Our grape pickers come from France, England and Danmark, from Sweden, Senegal or Germany (even by bike!!!). Throughout the year you can register for the next harvest. A beautiful way of tourism in Alsace!
