The harvest is a very special moment for us, the outcome of a year’s efforts, a period where everyone pitches in and where the conviviality counterbalances the tension. Each year brings its own ambiance and memories…Our harvesters come from France and England, from Denmark, Sweden, from Senegal, from Germany (by bike even!!)
